The Allendale Winery has developed a reputation for producing its award-winning premium wines. At the 1998 Winestate Awards, the Allendale Winery's 1997 Chardonnay won "Best Chardonnay in Australia and New Zealand".

The Hunter selection is a wide range of regional styles from McLaren Vale, Hilltops and Mudgee are also available for tasting. The entire collection of quality wines is known for their excellent full structure and distinctive variety of character.
