The Cook and Owner is Geneva Munroe will make your grouper broiled, steamed, or fried. Your pork chops will be fried or steamed and your conch cracked. Everything comes with a large plate of side dishes. The peas-n-rice seems to be one of the favorites.

Continental Cuisine

Ruby Swiss European Restaurant. The wide-ranging Continental menu features more than 15 seafood dishes, more than 17 meat entrees, and an all-you-can-eat spaghetti bar. The friendly bar is strung with the flags of many countries foretell of the menu's assortment of food entrée from various countries. The specialties include such dishes as Steak Diane, a thinly pounded steak made with cognac and prepared at your table, Weiner schnitzel, fondue bourguignon, which is made with prime filet, and desserts flambéed at your table. The wine list represents six countries. The atmosphere at this restaurant is not conducive to a romantic evening. There is dinnertime guitar music to add to the atmosphere and snacks are served until 5 AM

Rib Room. This is the place if you have a craving for prime rib, juicy porterhouse steak chateaubriand for two or seafood. It has the décor of an English hunting room. It was scheduled for renovation in 2002, but the décor was to remain the same as well as the menu.

Eclectic Cuisine

Garden Café. The Garden Café is located in the Casino at Bahamia; it is open for all meals and lat night, offering buffets and light snacks. The dinner buffet will have about 10 hot, fresh Bahamian and international entrees along with carved prime rib, salad and dessert bars, cold cuts and soups.
