No, this isn't a sports league team nor is this a type of tree. Redwoods in Yosemite are actually accommodation options that can be found within the Yosemite National Park.

The 130 homes that comprise the Redwoods in Yosemite all lay within the park territory. Strategically located in the Wawona area, guests of these mountain homes are offered the best view of the Chilnualna Falls. The fully-furnished cabin rentals are also supplied with linens and barbecue grills. Huge windows and private decks give guests better means to watch nature at its finest. The Redwoods in Yosemite is open to visitors everyday throughout the year.

The mountain home rentals in the Redwoods in Yosemite are divided into three categories to help guests choose which cabin is right for them. The Category E stands for economy accommodation. These are the rentals that house at least one bedroom and one bathroom. While this type means the most affordable, the cabins under this are still equipped with the basic furnishings and also adhere to the standard requirements. The Category S is used to mean the standard type of lodging. These too must have at least one bedroom and one bathroom, but all have amenities that go beyond the standard requirements set for cabins. The last, and certainly not the least, is the Category P. The premium rentals must also have one bedroom and one bathroom at least, but all cabins under this type provide the most outstanding amenities, and are spacious than the others as well.

The Redwoods in Yosemite requires visitors to rent the cabins for at least two nights. However, for the peak season, including Memorial Day and Labor Day, guests should stay for at least three nights. Rental deposits guarantees your reservations and a $20 processing fee is charged. For those who wish to cancel their reservations, a 10-day notice prior the check-in date is required. A $20 administrative fee however, is charged against the deposit amount. A 30-day cancellation notice is necessary during the peak season.

Every rental in the Redwoods in Yosemite can be occupied by a corresponding number of guests. Rates are dependent on the number of people staying in each of the homes. Charged guests are those who are four years old and above. Groups who falsely report the actual number of persons staying inside the rental maybe evicted from Redwoods in Yosemite and will not be given any refund. Pets are welcome in some of the cabins for a $10 per day fee. Unless you hold a confirmed reservation in a unit that allows pets, it is highly unadvisable to bring your pet.
